Sacha Lakic on the Blacktrack BT-02 THRUXMAN is a Triumph Thruxton custom cafe racer inspired by the iconic Norton Manx motorcycle.
Throughout his career, designer Sacha Lakic has moved fluidly between automotive, architectural, furniture and product design. But there's one trademark that's remained consistent: his love for movement and speed.
It's a by-product of his lifelong obsession with motorcycles - an obsession that saw him proudly launching Blacktrack Motors.
One can not help but notice that when a designer is put to work, the result is always clearly superior to those who deal with passion but without a proper background.
Here it has really been able to carry the Norton Manx myth on this Triumph, every detail recalls the past but with a modern style, not a simple replica or a restomod but a completely new bike, each component has been redesigned and redesigned
