Triumph 1978 T140V Scrambler by Steven Rosbson .
It's a 1978 T140V, engine fully redone, re bored, new Pistons, new valves, valve guides, crank has had £800 worth of work done on it by SRM. All bearings and bushes replaced, new cams and carbs. Wassell electronic ignition, 3phase stator, one off loom made by me, minimal switches. Suspension is, marzochii 45mm upside down at the front, maxton at the rear.........
. Swing arm is by Storik, brakes Magura radial 4pot caliper with radial master cylinder, rear R1 caliper and KTM brembo master
Yes gear change on the left. Waiting for a gear selector shaft bush, then I can fit the new case. The original one that's on now has been punched and areldited inside. Pegs are the correct under arse position, rather than the strange feet forward 70s style
Yes 78, matching numbers. Bought a full bike back October, sold most of what I didn't need. The aim was 70s style scrambler with modern suspension and brakes. The forks have been shortened to match the length of cerini ones back in the day
