Oscura Motorcycles made this scrambler for the Honda HRC rider in the Dakar Joan Barreda. Joan asked for a motorcycle with the following premises:
- Honda base derived from mountain bike but usable
- Light and powerful: it attracts attention and has a rebel point that we use components of your personal sponsors. They chose the Honda XR600 as a base.
The entire rear part of the frame is new and handmade with ST52 steel. This frame leaves room for the double rear exhaust (Termignoni silencers of one of its racing bikes) and the exhaust manifolds handmade in their laboratory with TIG welding.
They used an old tank brought from the UK and a custom upholstered alcantara seat was produced. Inverted front of racing bike. Cropped suspension and adapted wheels of the Dakar motorcycle. Engine rendered whole and electricity. Supports 3D drawings and laser cut.
In this photo shoot on the bike we find the rider Joan Barreda, who seems to be having a lot of fun
