Triumph Cafe Racer Sidecar

Building any client a custom motorcycle is challenging, but building a custom Triumph Cafe Racer with sidecar, for 2 corporate clients is a whole other game. Firstly the build undertaking is 3 x the work in crafting a motorcycle, side car and everything in between. Then comes the challenge of representing the 2 companies accurately in my vision for the bike + sidecar. Once those 2 hurdles are jumped, the only thing left to do is make it all work so it's fun to ride, serves its purpose and draws a crowd when parked up.

The Triumph Sidecar was shaped to flow from front to back, both over the motorcycle and sidecar. A smooth silhouette was shaped out with hand made tail and seat, the use of a Thruxton front fairing and some extensive body re-modelling to the sidecar. Helping to further the design and bring together one conducive statement, hand shaped brass round bar was used and fitted selectively to accentuate the body lines of the Triumph Cafe Racer.

The lighting and control systrem is entirely from the Purpose Built Moto range. 4.5" and 7" headlights, LED turn signals, Orbit Mini brake light, push button swithces and Black Box control module.
Suspension wise, the Triumph received a USD front end and K-tech bullit shock absorbers. Sitting on specially machined 17" rims all round wrapped in Shinko Stealth 003 tyres. THe hand built exhaust was complimented with a dyno tune, and DNA performance pod filters. Some select parts have also been used to style the bike from Free Spirit Parts.
