What I saw of the beautiful Glemseck? This Ducati Monster 1200 R by Young Guns
Clean and simple, with its squared lines and compact
In 2016, the Italian motorcycle brand Ducati is celebrating its 90th anniversary. Throughout its eventful history, the company has produced many sporting milestones and won countless races. Since the seventies, the (mostly) red racer from Bologna has been characterized by its two-cylinder engine, arranged in an L-shape, with a desmodromic valve, a technically demanding forced control of the valves. In addition to innovative technology, motorcycles from Ducati always impress with a stylish, Italian design.
For this reason, Ducati Motor Germany, the German and Swiss branch, brought the junior customizer Young Guns on board. Nick Heer and Fabian Witzig from Rapperswil in Switzerland are part of the young scene that spawns new ideas and oozes with great passion. The Young Guns want to create a hybrid between a café racer and a GP bike out of the Naked Bike Monster 1200R. 160 hp, 200 kg, traction control: The Ducati is already perfectly equipped for lightning speed out of the gate – directly from the factory.
