Many bespoke parts for the Suzuki GT 250 Santoku
Many parts of the Suzuki GT 250 Santoku have been made to measure, some of which are untreated aluminum, such as the stylish rearset. Much work was also in the hand-driven rear tail behind the crisp seat pad in black leather. An old fender was thinned and polished until it finally took the desired shape and shone metallic.
It was really tricky then in the front panel made of fiberglass, which had to be adapted to the Suzuki GT 250th Because the part originally belonged to a larger Yamaha and did not fit right away. All brackets Christian made by hand and cut the panel fitting.

After final assembly, he searched for a suitable name for his creation. It should become a Japanese name that excellently characterizes the Suzuki. This gave him the idea to name his custom racer after the popular Japanese kitchen knife "Santoku". The name SANTOKU translates to as much as "three virtues" or "three uses" is a generic kitchen knife originating in Japan.
And the name fits perfectly, because the Suzuki GT 250 Santoku connects:
a classic street racer
with an individual custom bike and
Keeps alive our memories of a legendary two-stroke era.
